HOSA Affiliation Fees 

HOSA affiliation fees (dues) are $20 per person. Half is for State dues and the other half for National dues. Please send affiliation fees to National HOSA directly. If dues are sent to Michigan HOSA, we will send the money to National HOSA.  

 

Each time a chapter affiliates a member through the Conference Management System, you are responsible for paying the amount due, regardless if the student decides to not participate. The best practice is to have the $20 from the student BEFORE you affiliate them in the system. You can always go back and affiliate more members, but you CANNOT DELETE MEMBERS. No refunds will be permitted.

MI HOSA Regional Conference Registration Fees

Regional conference registration fees are $35 per student which include lunch and conference materials. Advisors are FREE.

 

Conference payment is due BEFORE the regional conference date. Once you register students for the conference, at the lower left corner you can download/print your conference invoice to submit to your accounting department. Otherwise, invoices will be sent out a week prior to the conference. We allow substitutions and late additions, but we will provide no refunds after the registration deadline.

MI HOSA State Leadership Conference Registration Fees

The state conference registration fee of $80 per person covers the cost includes a seat at the ceremonies, a HOSA T-shirt, conference program, name tag and even materials. Additional costs include hotel and food. 

 

Conference payment is due BEFORE the state conference date. Once you register students for the conference, at the lower left corner you can download/print your conference invoice to submit to your accounting department. Otherwise, invoices will be sent out a week prior to the conference. We allow substitutions and late additions, but we will provide no refunds after the registration deadline.

 International Leadership Conference

The HOSA International Leadership Conference (ILC) is $90 per person Please send registration fees to Michigan HOSA and we will send the money to National HOSA.  

 

Additional costs will include travel, hotel and food for the conference. Registrations fees are due BEFORE the conference date.  Once you register students for the conference, at the lower left corner you can download/print your conference invoice to submit to your accounting department. Otherwise, invoices will be sent out a week prior to the conference. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED after the registration deadline.

Online Payment

Michigan HOSA offers a convenient way to pay for a conference online with a credit card. Please note that if you take advantage of our online payment service, a 3% fee is included in the price below.

If you are paying for a sponsorship opportunity that is not listed, please contact Samantha Pohl at 517-677-7480 with your credit card information ready. 

If you are unable to pay with a credit card, please send a check to Michigan HOSA at 2121 University Park Dr., Suite 150, Okemos, MI 48864. 

To make a payment:

  • Select the conference from the drop down arrow

  • In the text box, please provide the invoice number (if applicable) and your HOSA Chapter/organization

  • PayPal will then prompt you to select a quantity on the next page. Please select the number of conference participants (Exhibitors and Ad Sponsors should select "one")

  • If you wish to pay for multiple conferences, select "Continue Shopping" and PayPal will direct you back to this page
